Complaints

We always try everything to ensure that the goods reach you quickly and undamaged. However, if you drop by here, you probably have a problem with one of our products. Unfortunately we are not faultless either - sorry!
However, we promise that we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. (Through your honest feedback we have the chance to improve further and that is exactly what we want to do!)
In the following you will receive information for a smooth processing of the return:
Step 1: Returning the product
Please send us an email to info@coralwine.de with the following information:
  • Subject: Ordernumber + Name
  • Reason for the return, for example:
    • Incorrectly delivered item
    • Defective article - please attach a photo of the defect
  • Optional: Feedback - What can we do better?
Please make sure that the details are complete, otherwise the processing of the return and therefore the refund could be delayed.
Step 2: Print return slip
We will send you the return note after processing. Please print it out.
Step 3: Packing the goods
It is best to pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Please always article & include all accessories with the return shipment. Please attach the return note to the packaging afterwards.
Step 4 : Shipping the goods
Please return the goods to the nearest post office/parcel station and have the posting confirmed.
Step 5: Notification and refund
As soon as we have received the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. After completion of the processing you will receive another e-mail with the credit confirmation.
